It was a great experience. I simply was a walk in, but the people here were so professional, friendly, and also understanding of my budget. Mr Sunil of course must try to win his customers, but he was also very helpful, gave me the pros and cons, and was very very patient as i browsed through several frames. Mr John tested my eyes, and he was a thorough, kind but no-nonsense eye professional. They both helped me feel I’m in the right hands.

Very, very happy with the service at this outlet. Me and my husband were both in Delhi for just a few days and needed a pair of spectacles each.
They have a wide range of frames to choose from and very patient team who took care of us with the eye testing , selection and final fitting. Special call out to Mr Zaidi and Dr Das who helped us - as a bonus they were able to get our specs done in two days which we really appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

I have been visiting Lawrence & Mayo since my childhood along with my parents, and the experience has always been exceptional. The staff consistently provides outstanding service with professionalism, care, and deep product knowledge. Even though I now live overseas, I make it a point to visit Lawrence & Mayo whenever I am in India—for my lenses, glasses, and any related services—because of the trust and quality they maintain.

On my most recent visit, I was assisted by Shalini and Sharib, and I must say they truly exceeded expectations. They were extremely courteous, patient, and knowledgeable, ensuring I received the best possible guidance and service. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the entire experience seamless and pleasant.

Lawrence & Mayo continues to set the gold standard in optical services, and team members like Shalini and Sharib are a true credit to the brand. Highly recommended!
