Sheryl and her staff at L&M Nungambakkam outlet were very courteous, helpful and experienced professionals. Sheryl helped me understand the difference in lenses I had (from US) and ones she recommended would improve my vision range - especially for night driving against lights. My overall experience has been very satisfactory and I highly recommend them.

They are very good collection of top branded frames. The staff John who assisted me was very courteous and helped me choose the right frame for me. The product was handed on time. Overall a good experience!!

You come for the trustworthiness of the brand but you stay for the awesome people who are part of this branch!
I’ve recently had eyeglasses commissioned from the KNK boutique and I’m very satisfied with the overall experience. I particularly found the eye test conducted by Mr John to be quite distinctive.
I’m used to seeing my prescription increase every other year and have never had really comfortable vision since I moved into progressives. The power that was prescribed at the end of the test was lower and would have matched prescriptions I may have had 4-5 years ago.
It takes some significant confidence and trust in one’s own expertise to recommend such a dramatic shift to a customer and I’ve benefited from markedly better vision through the process.
I commend John and the entire staff, who were uniformly professional and helpful and heartily recommend them for any requirements you may have to correct your or your family’s vision.
