While visiting Chennai I got an opportunity to visit Lawrence & Mayo boutique and i loved their collection and service. I got myself two frames and lenses and I was served very professionally by John. I would definitely recommend them

I recently bought a frame from the Lawrence & Mayo Boutique and while the initial experience wasnt great (the frame had scratches on one side and one of the lenses didn’t fit properly leaving a visible gap) the way the team handled it completely changed my impression. I immediately reached out to Sheryl who was part of my purchase journey and she and the team took full responsibility for the issue. They promptly replaced both the frame and the lenses without any back and forth.

What really stood out to me was their accountability and genuine focus on customer experience. It never felt like they were just trying to make a sale they truly care about making things right.
