I recently bought a frame from the Lawrence & Mayo Boutique and while the initial experience wasnt great (the frame had scratches on one side and one of the lenses didn’t fit properly leaving a visible gap) the way the team handled it completely changed my impression. I immediately reached out to Sheryl who was part of my purchase journey and she and the team took full responsibility for the issue. They promptly replaced both the frame and the lenses without any back and forth.

What really stood out to me was their accountability and genuine focus on customer experience. It never felt like they were just trying to make a sale they truly care about making things right.

Had a great experience at the Lawrence & Mayo Boutique on Khader Nawaz Khan Road. A special thanks to Mr. John for his exceptional care and service. He was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He navigated through all the choices available, explained the different brands, and even suggested the best options based on my needs.

I was also impressed by the high-tech equipment used for the eye testing and the customised approach they follow for each customer, it made the process feel very accurate and personalised.

The store has a fantastic collection, and the entire team is warm and professional. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service I received. Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality eyewear and a truly personalised experience!

I went to this shop looking for a classic Wayfarer from Ray Ban or maybe something similar from another brand. Though they didn’t have the exact classic model, I was really surprised by the unique collection they had.

Then, I came to know that this isn't like any other store but bunch of exclusives available only in boutiques. This is one of those. Mr. John elaborated everything patiently and was very cordial. Definitely coming back to this shop during summer for extra discounts.
